1) Small Business Cash Flow: Strategies for Making Your Business a Financial Success by Denise O’Berry
2)Stop the Cash Flow Roller Coaster, I Want to Get Off!: What Every Small Business Owner Should Know About Cash Flow…But Most Don’t by Caroline Grimm Jordan
Leadership (both of these deal with our own behaviour but are relevant to leadership skills):

Can I indulge you AGAIN in naming me some books on finance generally, I know that the way you talk is brilliant and you have acquired this knowledge due to experience but still if you can name me some books so that I am also able to talk the way you do, you are so financially correct (if I can you this term) and know everything about the system, books like these.

I am not sure I understand what you want. If I have understood you…..
My context is provided by a grounding in Austrian Economics. The books are not easy to read but do provide me with an understanding of economics.
A great place to start is:

The authors to focus on are:
1) Ludwig Von Mises (main book: Human Action)
2)Friedrich Von Hayek
3) Murray Rothbard. Murray Rothbard’s ‘America’s Great Depression’ is the best explanation of the the causes I have read. (main book: Man, Economy and State)
What I was saying that if I could be able to talk like you, personality and knowledge wise, some books that could help me achieve your level which you have achieved through experience.
I know this question is difficult but you have recommended me some fine books, I am sure.

Yes Ann Julie that is a difficult one. Not the least because reading is one of my passions so I’d be covering a great deal of ground.
The books I have recommended are a good start.
I have also obtained great benefit from works on NLP - Steve Andreas, L Michael Hall and Charles Faulkner write well.
Any book on decision-making and self-awareness, especially ones written from 2008 that include the advances in Neurology are a must.
I tend to read most books that are written on trading and the financial markets (I don’t read books on options).
I’d keep an eye for this book when it hits the shelves (currently unpublished): printed by Wiley, author Brent Penfold, “The Universal Principles of Successful Trading”.
Dr. Brett Steenbarger’s “Daily Trading Coach” is definitely worth reading.
