BarroMetrics Views: Webinar Post Mortem
On Saturday, September 18, 8:00 am to 12:00 PM (HK time) I held the 4-hour webinar that forms the first part of an educational series (For more info see http://www.tradingsuccess.com/hos.html). We saw a mix from novice traders (less than 3 months for one) to experienced traders (10 years and more). What amazed me there were attendees from all over the world; most amazing were those from the UK for this reason:
8:00 am HK is 00:00 London!
And since we did not finish until 12:00 PM, that meant those from the UK got to bed at 5:00 AM. Thanks guys for staying up and playing an active role in the session.
The feedback immediately after the webinar was gratifying in that all the posts I received were complimentary. The one below is a sample of what I mean:
“Thanks for giving back tonight with your seminar. It was a pleasure to hear some new trading material for a change. Many of the US based courses are starting to sound the same.
I have come of my own accord to learn and apply many techniques similar to what you discussed this evening including having a fully written trading and mental preparation plan, use of expectancy for measuring trading performance, measured moves and pullback measurements. What caught my attention the most is the objective way you measure trend structure and end…..(snip)”
So, what’s next in my program? The next step is to provide support for those that prefer to receive assistance in lieu of doing the work alone: the 4 half-day weekend webinars (Oct 22 and 23, & Oct 29 and 30, 8:00 PM to 12:00 PM EST).
This year, for those in Singapore, the program includes 8 sessions (4 weeks x2 weekly) of live-trading instruction and questions. This will be held at our new ‘school’ from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. the starting dates will start in November, the precise dates still to be determined.
For those, ex-Singapore, we’ll be videoing using Camtasia so they too can partially share in the experience.
At the price of US$560.00 it has to be the best value in town. For those who are curious, the information can be found at:
