RETURNING POLICY
General
Policy
Refunds for the purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be
issued for books returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of your
shipment date.
The book must
be in its original condition.
Refund policy
does not apply to gift certificate orders.
Refunds will
be issued within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of your return.
Returning the Book
Wrap your package securely. Books damaged in mailing as a result
of improper packaging cannot be accepted for refund.
When returning
the book, please indicate your reason for return. Include your name
and address. Please include your e-mail address in the event we
have any questions concerning your return.
For your protection,
we recommend you use Insured Parcel Post for Shipment.
